We have more than two decades' experience in high-quality Italian gastronomy. We specialise in the cooking of Northern Italy, more specifically the regions of Piedmont, Liguria, and Reggia Emilia, and our experts travel through all Italy seeking the best supplies. Thus we can guarantee the quality, artisanal nature and freshness of all our ingredients, in order to bring the genuine taste of Italy to the more than 6 million customers who came to our restaurants last year.
