La Tagliatella, is a chain of restaurants specialising in high-quality Italian gastronomy, and part of the AmRest Holding SE (AmRest, WSE) business group, the largest operator of independent restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 650 restaurants.

La Tagliatella is the result of more than twenty years' experience specialising in the traditional cuisine of the Italian regions of Piamonte, Liguria, and Reggio Emilia. More than 6 million customers last year enjoyed the genuine taste of Italia in our more than 115 restaurants in 50 Spanish towns, as well as in France and Andorra. In 2009 La Tagliatella was awarded the European Foodservice Summit Concept Award, one of the most prestigious catering prizes in Europe.

At La Tagliatella, we explore every aspect of Italian gastronomy to provide the best tastes and textures directly from their origin: from the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, with its own Denomination of Origin, ripened in caves for 24 months, through our pizza dough, elaborated with two different kinds of grain to achieve its particular taste and consistency, to Bocconcino, our buffalo's milk mozzarella made following the genuine traditional Italian recipe.

We have designed out menu so you can fully enjoy you're your loved ones. Pizzas made in a traditional forno italiano; carpaccio with genuine buffalo mozzarella; salads in the shape of the tower of Pisa, made of real grilled vegetables; risottos with duck magret, truffles, and Iberian cold meats; more than 400 combinations of pasta and sauce; panna cotta, tiramisù, home-made ice-cream… This is our extensive offer, which takes the shape of generous portions, perfect to be enjoyed in the company of your loved ones. In addition, all our recipes are cooked with real extra-virgin olive oil.
