La Tagliatella is a chain of restaurants specialising in high-quality Italian gastronomy, and part of the AmRest Holding SE (AmRest, WSE) business group, the largest operator of independent restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 650 restaurants in the Casual Dining and Quick Service categories in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Russia, USA, France, Spain, and Germany.

Since 1993 Amrest has been building a portfolio of well recognized power brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Applebee's and Starbucks. In 2011, AmRest incorporated La Tagliatella brand which is being developed as Company operated restaurants as well as franchised stores.
